Guidelines
- Rental mowers must be returned to Weingartz within 24 hours of notification of completion of the service job. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide Weingartz personnel effective contact information.
- We will attempt to repair mowers within 60 minutes as much as possible as that tends to be better for both our customers and us.
- Rentals are available for drop off service only, not on pick-up and delivery service.
- Rentals will be similar to what is in for repair, but not identical, i.e. riding mower for riding mower, walk behind for walk behind. Typically, riding mowers are 60” decks, walk-behinds are 48” and stand-ons are 52”. We attempt to have units with UltraVacs for units with vacs that are down, but due to the seasonality of those units, that cannot be guaranteed.
- Customer is responsible for theft, loss, damage, or abuse of rental mowers. Customer is also responsible to refuel mowers before returning.
- Weingartz reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time and for any customer that does not follow these guidelines.
