History
Weingartz was established in 1945 as a feed and farm supply store in Utica, Michigan, serving the needs of local farmers and gardeners. From the beginning, Weingartz has been building a reputation of fair business practices and world-class customer service. Now the farm supplies are gone and highly productive equipment reigns. Meanwhile, our continuing commitment to the customer has helped us become the largest independent outdoor power-equipment dealer in North America.
Weingartz currently operates four stores in Michigan (Utica, Farmington Hills, Cedar Springs and Clarkston) that carry a great selection of outdoor power and professional turf equipment. Each location offers world-class after-sale support in parts and service right on site.
Mission Statement
Weingartz will set new standards in customer service with the innovative, customer-based thinking of our employees. Decisions will be based on the customer’s perspective, using fair and ethical business practices. All employees are empowered and expected to make decisions that will improve the partnership that Weingartz has created with its customers.
Core Purpose
Weingartz will provide a healthy and profitable work environment for our employees; create a robust, long-term sustainable business enterprise that is respected by employees, customers and the community; return a respectable ROI to the shareholder/partners and provide financial assistance to those who would otherwise go without, either materially or spiritually.
